I didn't have anyone call me for weeks, or so it seemed, then BANG - lots of folks needed to find new homes for their pet birds. I have been able to help most of them, but write me if you are looking for a small pet bird to adopt. Be prepared for a long phone conversation before I decide whether to adopt a bird to you. I do not allow visitors to 'come and see what (I) have" at Flitesong. As harsh as this may sound, this is my home, not a zoo or a pet store. I will usually arrange to bring a bird or two to YOUR home to do a home visit at the same time you meet the bird(s) to see if you are truly interested in adopting.
